Design of a conceptual plan for temporary residential arrangements involving mobile structures. The plan proposes temporary use of territories, independent of its long-term designation—a functional duality based on minimal intervention in the land, placing mobile homes, and granting temporary residence permits. This approach could alleviate the shortage of available land for housing, particularly for alternative and rural housing, especially in an unpredictable dynamic future.
